Note: If the water is in poor condition we will give you an initial quote prior to commencing our regular service.
Please make sure your TMP Water bottle is left in a highly visible area (i.e front door) for the Pool technician to locate.
Important: If we are unable to locate or you have not left bottle out on the agreed day there will be a $110.00 fee charged to cover the cost of our Pool technician's time.
If you need to reschedule an appointment please advise Pool Living as soon as possible, alternatively you may wish to leave us a key to ensure there will be no disruption to your service.
*Check your email for any notes the technician may have made and respond where required. If something goes wrong between visits please contact us immediately so we can react accordingly.
