*SPECIAL INCLUSION
On our first visit we will:
Inspect and record the condition of your pool- Inspect and test your pool equipment
Note: *If the water is in poor condition we will give you an initial quote prior to commencing our regular service.
The PRO Plan includes:
- Smart pool clean (including walls and floor)
- Skimming the pool surface
- Emptying the skimmer and pump baskets
- Checking the pressure on the filter
- Backwashing and rinsing the sand filter
- On site digital testing of the pool water and balancing with the according chemicals
- General check of all filtration equipment, chlorinators and cleaners (reporting any faults if any)
On the service day:
Please make sure there is access on the day agreed to, if we are unable to gain access on the agreed time there will be a $110.00 fee charged to cover the cost of our Pool technicians time.
If you need to reschedule an appointment please advise Pool Living as soon as possible alternatively you may wish to leave us a key or remote control to allow access to your pool and equipment only, this way there will be no need to risk disruption to your service.
Note: *Check your email for any notes the technician may have made and respond where required. If something goes wrong between visits please contact us immediately so we can react accordingly.
In between visits we recommend:
- Keep an eye on your water level and top up when needed
- Check and empty skimmer and pump baskets as required
- Make sure the water is filtered on a daily basis as directed by our technician.
